1. Refund Eligibility
Customers are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of their original purchase date.
Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period to be eligible.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact our support team within the 14-day refund window by submitting a request through the payment provider used at checkout.
All payments for Mindtech Academy are processed by Paddle, and refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund process.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved and submitted within the eligible refund period, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
4. After the Refund Window
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
